High quality cuisine, but above all extremely selected and unique raw materials, to which we dedicate important informational spaces on provenance and history, an aspect often overlooked to which we care a lot.We use aquariums for lobsters, lobsters and oysters, ensuring a perennial freshness, we carefully select all the raw materials, such as Piedmontese veal meat from the Langhe, Spanish salami, caviar, to which an entire page of the menu is dedicated.
We love working on the union between spices and international raw materials, that we experience during our travels, and traditional elements reinterpreted in a very personal way. The cod, for example, is offered raw or cooked in infusion.
We also offer sushi, with strictly Japanese ingredients.
